Shipping policy

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 24-48 hours to process in addition to shipping time. Please note that this may vary during busier high-volume times such as sales, promotions or Christmas. 

All orders ship from Winnipeg, Canada. Costs are calculated at checkout and your total will be posted before finalizing your order. We offer free delivery on orders over $250 and flat rate delivery of $15 for any orders under that amount. 

Please Note:
Soul Beauty Spa shall not be held liable for any damages incurred through shipping/ delivery.  Should your item arrive damaged, please e-mail us with photographic proof and we will do our best to accommodate.  Soul Beauty Spa is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.

 

Taxes:

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation. All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and duty costs for any items returned by mail.
